Amol works at the intersection of climate policy, sustainable development, and systems transformation. He believes climate change exposes deep structural gaps in existing development models and that effective climate action must integrate policy, economics, science, and social equity. His work focuses not only on emissions reduction, but also on dignity, livelihoods, resilience, and inclusive development pathways.
Amol holds a postgraduate degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and was a part of ORF America US-India Emerging Climate Leaders.
He previously worked with EDF, CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development, and KPMG India, contributing to climate policy, ESG, and industrial decarbonization initiatives.
