Harshit is an environmental professional with nearly four years of experience in clean air, clean energy, climate policy, and sustainability. He holds an M.Tech. in Atmospheric-Oceanic Science and Technology from IIT Delhi and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur.
Previously, he served as a Consultant at TERI, stationed at the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, where he worked on the management and implementation of the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP). He has also worked with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, including IIFCL, IIM Lucknow, the Delhi Forest Department, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Project Concern International India, contributing to environmental initiatives spanning renewable energy, sustainable finance, waste management, and environmental clearances.
He is a CII-certified professional in Resource Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability and has authored policy briefs and articles focused on clean energy and air quality. Outside of work, Harshit is a keen student of history, enjoys reading historical autobiographies, and is a passionate foodie.
