Malathi Rao Vadapalli comes with over 20 years of work experience in research, higher education, and team management. At NRDC India, she works with as a part of the communications team while also assisting the team on strategic outreach with government partners.
She has served as the Director, Indian Cultural Centre and First Secretary Culture at the Embassy of India in Bangkok and Berlin. With a strong background in curriculum design, organizational development, and staff development, Malathi has also worked in roles such as Assistant Vice President and Deputy Registrar at the Indian Embassy in multiple countries. She has a proven track record in strategic planning, educational leadership, and corporate communications.
