Pragya is an HR professional with over four years of experience across recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations. Prior to joining NRDC, she worked as Senior HR Executive in the travel sector, supporting multiple business entities, including digital marketing and luxury serviced apartment venturs. In her previous role, Pragya oversaw end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement and relations, onboarding and induction, attendance and leave management, off-boarding, vendor coordination, and HRIS operations.
Alongside, she worked to ensure strengthening processes while keeping the employee experience at the centre. With a background in content and copywriting, she brings strong communication skills to her HR practice and combines empathy with sound judgment to help create workplaces where employees feel heard, valued, and supported.
Pragya holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Chandigarh University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University.
